Calxo is built and written by me, Vignesh Sampath Kumar. I’m an SEO Lead at PipeRocket Digital in Chennai. Before Calxo I built EVBlogs.in, an electric vehicle news and review site for Indian buyers.
I started Calxo because most Indian calculator sites are either generic global tools that use dollars and US tax rules, or they’re built by a lender or AMC whose only goal is capturing your phone number. Neither is useful when you just want to run a quick EMI check or figure out whether the old or new tax regime saves you money this year.
Every calculator on Calxo is built from the actual statute: RBI Master Directions, the Income Tax Act, EPFO circulars, GST Council notifications. The math is cross-checked against CBDT, EPFO, and published bank rate cards before going live. The methodology page has the full process.
I am not a Chartered Accountant or a SEBI-registered advisor. What I am is someone who has spent too many hours arguing with EMI quotes, tax projections, and “is this a good investment” questions from family. Calxo is the calculator I wished existed when I was figuring this out myself.
If a formula looks wrong, or a rate is out of date, email me directly at avmedianews321@gmail.com. Corrections are usually live within 48 hours.
Calxo (calxo.in) is a free, ad-light calculator platform built for Indian users. Every tool covers EMI, SIP, GST, income tax, FD, PPF, salary, and conversions, using Indian rules, INR, and current tax slabs (not generic global formulas).
Calxo is operated by Vignesh Sampath Kumar, an SEO Lead at PipeRocket Digital in Chennai and the founder of EVBlogs.in. Vignesh personally writes and reviews every calculator page.
